This cosy cottage is in a pretty cul de sac, just beneath the medieval walls of the historic town of Conwy. The upper gateway and its towers are near the end of Stryd y Gwynt. The cottage is in a very quiet, sunny and secluded location, yet is only five minutes walk from the town centre, its shops, historic houses, the 13th Century castle and quayside.

The cottage has the advantages of adjacent parking and a communal garden in front, where visitors are welcome to sit out. The garden was once the site of another row of cottages, now long demolished. It is shared by the other houses in the short terrace and this means that the area is quiet and the house is not overlooked.

In the house there is electric heating provided by storage heaters, fan heaters and a flame-effect fire, making the cottage a cosy place to return to after a day out in cooler weather!

Apart from the small shops and restaurants in Conwy, within a few minutes drive from the town there are a large supermarket, other smaller shops, a variety of leisure facilities and the seaside resort town of Llandudno with its attractive shops, beaches and promenade. The Conwy Valley leads inland to the beautiful, picturesque small towns of Llanrwst and Betws y Coed, among others, and the route provides access to Snowdonia with its magnificent mountain scenery and wild landscape.
